At Now It's Personal! we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please make sure that you are happy with your choice before you place your order. As most of the items on this website are personalised, refunds can only be given if an item is faulty or damaged in any way.

Spelling errors cannot be returned. The spelling that we receive when an order is placed is what will be embroidered on your item so please check carefully before you send an order. If you are in any doubt, please contact us by phone 01763 209304 or email sales@nowitspersonal.co.uk

If  you can't quite find what you are looking for on the website, if you like something but would like it in a different colour or if you would like something to be designed just for you, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We have taken great care to ensure that the description and specification are correct on this website. Colour reproduction in the photos is a close representation but please note that there may be a very slight variation in the actual goods.

If any part of a gift set is out of stock, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value. This is to avoid delivery delays if any items are unavailable.

RETURNS

As explained above, items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged in any way. Please contact us and we will arrange the return of goods and a replacement.
