Delivery and Payment by Personal Cheque ORDER PROCESSING Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed. Orders will normally be processed well within this time but this allows for busy periods etc. With this in mind and standard delivery taking up to 5 working days, your order could take up to 10 working days to get to you. Whilst there are alternative delivery options, if you require an order to be processed quickly, please call to discuss this with us as we will always try to help. UK DELIVERY We would like to provide a fair value postage system. Items will be sent using the Royal Mail service. STANDARD DELIVERY £4.95 per delivery address. Items will be sent via Royal Mail Parcel Post and should be received within 5 working days after posting. Proof of posting will be obtained from the post office. (Please call if you wish to check on what date your order was posted) SMALL ITEMS If you are ordering a single item such as a face cloth, comfort blanket, bib or babygro, it seems a little unfair to charge you a standard postage charge of £4.95 as this doubles the cost of your item. Therefore postage for such items up to 500g (items under £12.50 in value) will be charged at £2.00 and will be sent by 1st class mail. SPECIAL DELIVERY Royal mail offer a special delivery next day service which guarantees next working day delivery by 12 noon (Mon-Fri).We are happy to provide this service for urgent items. Please call for a quote as the price will depend on the weight of your order. Orders will still be subject to a processing time of UP TO 5 WORKING DAYS. If you require your items urgently, please call and we will do our best to help you.
